Guarantee of Quality

Cartridge Source of America, Inc. (CSA) warrants each cartridge to be free of defects in both material and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of purchase.

Cartridge Source of America cartridges have been manufactured under stringent quality control standards, assuring performance that equals that of the original manufacturer.

Cartridge Source of America, Inc. will, at its option, replace the cartridge, or refund the full purchase price of any cartridge found to be defective.

Cartridge Source of America also warrants that, subject to the conditions stated below and under normal use (including operation of the imaging equipment within specifications) Cartridge Source of America cartridges will not cause damage, abnormal wear or deterioration to any compatible imaging equipment.  If a defect in your CSA cartridge causes imaging equipment to fail, CSA will reimburse the customer for the full amount for all service and repair to the imaging equipment.  This warranty is dependant upon the customer providing CSA with satisfactory evidence that the imaging equipment failure was due to a defect in the CSA cartridge, including a written statement on the service company's letterhead, dated and signed by the field or service representative.

Tampering with any CSA cartridge by any person other than a CSA representative voids all warranty's and releases Cartridge Source of America, Inc. of any liability as stated above.

Cartridge Source of America, Inc. liabilities hereunder shall be limited to replacement or reimbursement as provided above.  This warranty is exclusive, and is in lieu of all other warranty's, expressed or implied, including warranty of merchantability and fitness for particular purpose.
