HOW "ISO" COMPLIANCE BENEFITS CARTRIDGE SOURCE OF AMERICA CUSTOMERS

ISO is the International Organization for Standardization. It has developed stringent standards and procedures to assist firms in defining and controlling their production and related processes and to assure adherence to those defined processes and procedures.

QUALITY PRODUCTION PROCESS

Compliance with ISO 9003 standards requires that Cartridge Source of America establish and maintain auditable descriptions of cartridge remanufacturing production processes for product inspection and tests. Periodic reviews are conducted to ensure compliance and to document improvements of these processes.

RELIABLE CARTRIDGES

Remanufactured toner cartridges are subject to quality control procedures to ensure product reliability. Cartridges that do not meet rigid performance criteria are subject to failure analysis to determine cause and corrective action. Documentation of testing results provides paper trails to quickly identify any failure trends in production runs. All failure trends in production are then subjected to appropriate corrective action.

HIGHLY TRAINED PERSONNEL

Documented training sessions, documented training procedures, documented qualifications and certifications for production technicians.

CUSTOMER SATISFACTION

Detailed procedures govern all aspects of the production process including handling, storage, packaging, preservation and delivery. Step-by-step procedures are also required for responding to customer comments, problems, and suggestions. All are documented and carefully considered. Problem cartridges are subjected to failure analysis to determine necessary corrective action. Problem cartridges are replaced free of charge. CSA will take care every step of the way to ensure that our customers are satisfied!

Cartridge Source of America is in the process of achieving ISO Compliance and Registration/Certification. This process is arduous and costly, but we are confident that the results will produce highly satisfied customers.
